About Me

I am a Research Scientist at the Department of Economics and Management at the University of Luxembourg. I am also a Research Affiliate at IZA.

I work on Labor Economics and the Economics of Migration.

My research focuses on recruitment issues with a micro applied perspective. In my current research, I am using online vacancy data to measure recruitment difficulties and its implications on wages and on the recruitment of foreign-born workers.

I have been awarded a CORE research grant by the Luxembourg National Research Fund for my project on "Digitalization, Change In Skills and Firms’ Hiring Difficulties". In this project, we are investigating the consequences of recruitment difficulties on workers and firms.
